Tilt rotor prototype [devtest]

Using the new breadboard block i've created a tilt-rotor prototype, that is a plane until an enemy is within 500 meters, where it will attempt to hover 400 meters away as a helicopter. 
It doesn't fly great, but this was just a prototype of feasibility, next is to see if I can make the transitions smoother and have independent PID settings for the different modes. 
Every non pitch control is handled by the rotors. For those wondering, the front jet is for recoil simulation.
