Here's my helipaddle, 4080+ blocks.

4 barrel 48mm 'hand crank gatling gun' firing a total shell length (gp included) of 980mm. 10 GP, 9 solid shell, 1 hollow point. Four of them were capable of putting my AA oriented battleship to 97% health. (Of course, that battleship is quite puny, but still)

And one large cannon in the off chance it just gets the engines knocked out and plummets into the water and stays upright. Then it turns into a minipaddle! Sorta.

Couple questions now:
Does the resource cost limit how many "planes" we get?

And can I make it float using jets and deliblades purely for propulsion?

I am going to first answer the the previous reply and only the autocannon is allowed of the simple weapons. The reason why is because the small and large simple cannons cause memory leaks which cause terrible FPS, even when they are destroyed. It's my fault not specifying what simple weapons are allowed.

For the other questions the resource limit kinda limits the amount of planes (you can have as many as you like but cannot exceed the maximum of 50k-70k (if citadel) you can spend on secondary vehicles if you make your primary paddleship 100k resources.

For the jet question jets are not allowed at all, you will need some sort of internal dediblade hooked up to a control ACB to steer a helicopter or blimpy thing like your paddleplane.

Alright, thanks for answering! Time to change the heliboats out for proper bombers because those will be cheaper and easier. XD Or maybe torpedo spamming tiny paddle dakkaboots. Hmm...Or a proper blimp...

AAAH. Endless possibilities! Especially with the 6k resources. Ok. Definitely making a blimp...

Oh: Do all the secondary paddleboats and the planes/minipaddles have to be the exact same thing, or just all add up to the remaining resources? (How many are allowed if you use up the maximum resources? 1 secondary and plane/mini paddle?)

The secondary boats are just larger versions of small vehicles, and the secondaries can be any boat that follows the rules and is within 6k-20k resources. You can have a maximum of 4 of those boats if you use 12.5k resources on each and have no small vehicles and a 100k paddleboat with no citadel. The small vehicles can be any boat or plane that follows the rules and can be 2k-6k resources. If you use a citadelless 100k primary ship and each small vehicle is 2k then you can have 25 of them.
Nothing has to be the same thing, you can use a variety mix of planes and minipaddleships for small vehicles and maybe an AAA secondary and an anti-ship secondary ship.
