I'm torn on that change:
- LAMS targeting whatever it feels like is frustrating, so good
- offensive burst lasers were really weak, good again
- detection ranges on projectiles matter a lot more, good
- config + cheaper burst IMO pushes LAMS back into the too strong category, BIGASS black mark
APS is too fast to be really affected, you only have a few frames to shoot at railgun salvos.
CRAMs on the other hand will probably need a HP buff.

One of my goals was for LAMS nodes to be preferable over combiners, but will look at CIWS code with the next round of missile changes next year.

I think base mechanics for both are fine, with some minor adjustments.
CRAMs do need a shield rework(duh), and could possibly use the 300m/s buff so they are at least moderately useful against turning 30 m/s things.
PACs just need reduced numbers, and accuracy not being tied to firerate / field of fire.
