Khertland's High Court

#1
This is the most brilliant impractical design for a court ever conceived.

Located in center city next to large boulevards lined with trees and grass surrounded by other government buildings. It is iconic to Khertland's capital city of Khertet.

There are two court rooms, "just" and "itia". The rooms are named according to the letters inscribed on the gazebo. A top the Gazebo are the open air court rooms. People enter these rooms via a single central elevator to the 3rd floor hall. Then they walk to either side and climb a long ladder down to the rooms on the 2nd floor.
The administration building for the jury, holding cell and judge is in a tiny building behind the elevator.
The front is decorated with a gavel.

Why not name the courts, "Just" and "Ice"?
