Anyway.

[change] ACBs can now be placed on SubConstructs
Although it is said, ACB can not currently be placed.

Another thing, the Dedicated heliblade supinner is not recognized using the ACB's Affect range.

Can you confirm it?

[added] Support for spinners, turrets and pistons on other spinners, turrets or pistons

The clear ammo clip is also a useful thing when testing ammo.

EDIT:cant seem to place ACB on subconstruct.

My air pumps aren't working after this update, every single one says it has 4 breaches.

Loving the pistons and turrets on turrets though

What's after this update goes live?
Explosion algorithm, Nick working on Nuclear engines? Missile rework? Shield Rework?
There is always a weak-spot if you search Hard enough.

If you fire enough AP at that shield, at some point you're going to come through.

There is no "best" I wouldn't even say there is anything universally good, Good is subjective, I find everything bad even if it's in theory good against this or that.
