This is what i've managed to do so far. Hope it helps with deciding how to do the keel and hull overall. It's still not as stable but it does seem to function well enough, might need to be lowered a bit more in the water still though. My attempt to add a spin block with lead on it to counter the roll torque had weird results that ultimately just made things worse. I got it to shift the CoM up and down but I'm not sure if there is perhaps a limit to the torque it will exert or if i had it attached in the wrong spot and I've already spent too much time on it tonight to keep experimenting.
Also somehow between the last screenshot i posted and actually adding the slope blocks to the hull I swear it magically lost about 600 mass somehow...
