[AotE] Let's-stop-spinning-in-place and bumping the ground update

Leopold fix, courtesy of Lemokaani. Doesn't damage itself during spawning anymore and no longer goes belly-first towards the enemy for a while after that.

EDIT: Added fixes to Ravager and Amplitude to stop them from spinning in place.
