Torpedos

Okay with Nick messing with torpedo's so that explosions do more damage underwater We need to look out thier ballance and adjust them around they can be more effective a few random things popped into me head while doing work on them

One. arnt all torps supposed to be lock on becouse of how the game doesn't lead for missiles

Two. should all torps be switched over so they only use HE now.

three. Should I fiddle with speeds to make some torps faster or slower

Four. Insert someone else idea to change ballance
Fire for effect
